This world-renowned health care facility is seeking to hire a Medical Records Support analyst for their SoftMed – (3M) application. Individuals who obtain experience in supporting SoftMed – (3M) medical records applications are being highly sought! In this role, you will be providing support for various medical applications. Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred. You will be responsible for consulting with user departments to enhance existing business applications and to facilitate solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring that all related applications are consistent with overall organizational strategies.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Nursing, Business, Medical Technology, or related field in order to provide consultative and technical expertise to customers.or a related discipline. Equivalent experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree(s).
* Work requires 3-5 years of progressively more responsible experience in order to conduct feasibility studies, coordinate service level agreement, and review progress of projects and support of information systems.
* Strong analytical abilities required to interact with customers to evaluate work and provide technical assistance.
* Good interpersonal skills required to interact with customers and clients and provide technical assistance to resolve problems.
* Good organizational skills required to communicate effectively
