Our Fortune 500 client is a leader recognized in the Dallas Fort Worth area! We have been asked to seek out and search for an experienced, highly skilled SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Specialist/Consultant who can participate in multiple development teams. S/he will build business relationships within the company and outside the IT arena during this full company-wide SAP Implementation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide leadership to a highly-skilled team of SAP expert technologists to ensure efficient and effective SAP HCM solutions.
• Serving as a thought leader, mentor and advocate for best practices concerning SAP HCM Solutions.
• Able to utilize prior experience to design business rules, procedures which ensure quality and leverage industry best practices.
• Independently provides thought leadership in SDLC development methods.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the strategic alignment of IT solutions with business objectives. Identifies and addresses critical technical success factors for enterprise scaled projects.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• A minimum of 7+ years experience in SAP functional roles providing business analysis, requirements gathering, defining business rules, participating in an Enterprise SAP development implementation.
• A minimum of 10 years experience in application software development and implementation.
• 3+ years experience with configuration and implementation of HCM modules PA, OM, Benefits, and Payroll, with an emphasis on Payroll;
• 2+ years experience leading/managing a team of diverse SAP skillsets;
• 3+ years experience in all aspects of a full SAP HCM implementation, including configuration, WRICEF specification, data conversion, testing, and support.
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline. Equivalent experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree(s).
